I used to be a regular customer for many years due to a worker who I appreciated. After the owner started working his shift I had to stop going for about two years. The owner has something against heavier folk. As soon as you walk into the line he is watching you like a hawk. I watched him one day serve around 20 people and the only ones he focused on was bigger people. Even though I watched other people serving themselves more veggies. We are paying customers. I believe if he is worried how much veggies we are serving ourselves than he should pay another employee to serve the veggies. I did go back after two years but never again. Spend your money where they will treat you with dignity and respect.

Every time we go we remember how good this place is. And remember that it's pretty much an all-you-can-eat buffet for a pretty decent price. Two people can eat for under $20

My faaaaavorite! If you love veggies or meat you cannot go wrong at allll. Just make sure you fill your bowl up as much as you'd like because it dose cook down in size.

I read slot of reviews that posted water downed sauce. I asked for extra sauce because of them. I was concerned that even though I asked for extra sauce, it would not be tastee enough. I was wrong. For myself this may have been the best tasting grill I've ever eaten. Sauce and spice were perfect for me. Now customer service not so friendly. No one appeared happy or friendly (and I was there before lunch).no it would not stop me from repeat visits, but I wouldn't go there if I were trying to impress someone. Overall good meal with my spouse. 2 size bowls to choose from. No Lunch/dinner or aye pricing.

This may be #1 on my "to eat while in Modesto" list! Don't laugh! Growing up we had an amazing Mongolian BBQ by my house which was my fav. Yet as the owner aged, it got too difficult and thus it was sold. Can you believe that in Jacksonville FL, the LARGEST city in the continental US (land wise), we don't have a Mongolian BBQ place!? Ah! We did eat at GK off Coffee Rd. once and that tore me up for a day or so - so we don't go back there. It's $8.50 for a small bowl and $9.50 for a large bowl (GK's only alluring aspect is that it's unlimited). But flavor wise, I love this place! I choose beef and load up with carrots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and cabbage. They add the oils and I like mine spicy (Siracha!). Of course this means I'm eating as fast as I can because my nose is running, but I love it. It automatically comes with noodles but I always opt for rice. They cook your dish right in front of you on the Mongolian Grill and it's done! It's flavorful and I am so happy to come and eat here! I'm going to try and sneak in a second visit before I head back to FL.... ps: thankfully I've never experienced the rude man everyone on Yelp and FB and Google reviews complains about....an
